Scope of warranty

The Visionbody Box is covered by a two-year (2) limited warranty. The functionality of a Visionbody garment, limited to the electrical components, electrodes, cabling, and connection plate, is covered by a six-month (6) limited warranty (maximum 100 washes). The material of a Visionbody garment is covered by a thirty-day (30) limited warranty.

Warranty Start Date

All Visionbody limited warranties begin on the date a Visionbody component or Visionbody system is shipped to the original purchaser by Visionbody, an authorized Visionbody representative, or a Visionbody dealer. Failure to provide accurate and current registration information, including but not limited to owner information, will void all Visionbody limited warranties applicable to a Visionbody component or system and render the component or system unusable.

Extended warranty

An extension of the limited warranty for the Visionbody Box can be purchased at the time of initial purchase via the Visionbody website. This warranty extension is valid for one (1) additional year and begins on the day the limited warranty for the Visionbody Box in question expires. Second-hand purchase For second-hand purchases, only the remaining term of the original owner's existing limited warranty is transferred to the new owner. This applies only on the condition that all used components were sent to Visionbody for inspection immediately after purchase and were found and confirmed by Visionbody to be fully functional for the new owner by means of a warranty certificate.

Warranty verification

All Visionbody limited warranties commence on the date of initial purchase of a Visionbody component or Visionbody system (in favor of the initial purchaser) (proof of purchase is mandatory) and are only considered valid once the mandatory registration process with Visionbody has been completed. Failure to provide accurate and current registration information, including but not limited to owner information, will void all Visionbody warranty coverage applicable to a Visionbody component or system and render the component or system unusable.

Exclusions

Under the limited warranties above, Visionbody components and systems are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects, except for damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear during normal use, commercial use, failure to follow the instructions and guidelines in the Visionbody user manual, improper handling, improper assembly, improper installation, improper storage, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper use, alterations, modifications, installation or use of non-original parts or accessories, or installation or use of third-party parts or products in combination with a Visionbody component or Visionbody system. Specific exclusions for the Visionbody Box The limited warranty for the Visionbody Box does not cover damage caused by power surges, use of an unsuitable battery and/or charger, improper maintenance, other misuse or water damage, installation or use of third-party batteries or battery charging cables that do not comply with the specifications in this user manual.

Dealer Authorization

Visionbody does not authorize any dealer, retailer, or representative to create, bind, or guarantee any obligations or liabilities to Visionbody or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, domestic or foreign, in connection with the sale of any Visionbody component or Visionbody system.

Return of Defective Items

Any Visionbody component or Visionbody system suspected of being defective within the limited warranty period must be returned immediately to an authorized Visionbody dealer, distributor, or representative. No suspected defective Visionbody component or suspected defective Visionbody system may be sent directly to Visionbody.

Warranty claims

Warranty claims must be submitted to Visionbody's technical support department within 10 calendar days of returning a suspected defective Visionbody component or system to an authorized Visionbody dealer, distributor, or representative. This will ensure that all warranty claims applicable to the returned component or system can be honored. Visionbody will not repair or replace any Visionbody components or systems without a submitted warranty claim that clearly identifies the suspected defective component or system, provides the owner's address and contact information, details the specific problem, and includes clear proof of purchase and high-quality photos or videos of the suspected defective parts, components, or system.
