The Visionbody Box is covered by a limited warranty of three (3) years. The functionality of a Visionbody garment, limited to the electrical components, electrodes, wiring, and connection plate, is covered by a limited warranty of six (6) months (maximum 100 washes). The material of a Visionbody garment is covered by a limited warranty of thirty (30) days.

START OF WARRANTY

All Visionbody limited warranties begin on the date a Visionbody component or Visionbody system is delivered to the original purchaser by Visionbody, an authorized Visionbody representative, or a dealer. If correct and up-to-date registration information, including but not limited to owner information, is not provided, all Visionbody limited warranties applicable to a Visionbody component or Visionbody system will be considered void and the component or system will be considered non-functional.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

An extension of the limited warranty for the Visionbody Box can be purchased at the time of initial purchase via the Visionbody website. This extended warranty is valid for an additional one (1) year and begins on the date the limited warranty for the Visionbody Box in question expires.

SECOND-HAND PURCHASES

In the case of a second-hand purchase, only the remaining time of any existing limited warranty that applied to the original owner will be transferred to the new owner. This applies only on condition that the used component(s) were sent to Visionbody for inspection immediately after purchase and were found by Visionbody to be fully functional for the new owner and confirmed by a warranty certificate. (n).
A fee of €250 is charged for deactivating the control unit of a new customer who has never purchased from us before. This is necessary to ensure that we can offer new customers the same service as customers who have already purchased from us.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

All Visionbody limited warranties commence on the date of initial purchase of a Visionbody component or system (in favor of the original purchaser) (proof of purchase is required) and are only considered valid if the mandatory Visionbody registration process has been completed in full. If correct and current registration information, including but not limited to owner information, is not provided, all Visionbody limited warranties applicable to a Visionbody component or system will be considered invalid and the component or system will be considered non-functional.

EXCLUSIONS
Under the limited warranty above, Visionbody's components and systems are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects, except for damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear associated with intended use, commercial use, failure to follow the instructions and guidelines in the Visionbody user manual, improper handling, improper assembly, improper installation, improper storage, improper maintenance, abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, modifications, installation or use of non-original parts or accessories, or installation or use of third-party product parts or products in combination with a Visionbody component or Visionbody system.

VISIONBODY BOX-SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS
The limited warranty for the Visionbody Box does not apply to damage caused by power surges, use of an unsuitable battery and/or charger, improper maintenance, other misuse or water damage, installation or use of third-party batteries or charging cables that do not meet the specifications in this user manual.

DEALER AUTHORIZATION
Visionbody does not authorize any dealer, reseller, or representative to create, acknowledge, or guarantee any obligation or liability to Visionbody or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, domestic or foreign, in connection with the sale of any Visionbody component or Visionbody system.
