With such an intense workout in such a short time, you may be wondering if the suit is really safe or if, like so many other things that sound too good to be true, there are hidden drawbacks. While we strongly recommend consulting your doctor if you have pre-existing heart problems or other medical conditions, the Visionbody suit is exceptionally safe to use. The electrical impulses are safe and painless, feeling like a slight tingling sensation when active. The suit uses medium frequencies (2,000Hz to 10,000Hz) to simulate the resistance of heavy weights without the need for additional fitness equipment. This also reduces the risk of injury from accidents on machines or incorrect execution. First, we eliminated the need to moisten your skin with a spray bottle before putting on the suit. The moisture our electrodes need to send deep-acting EMS impulses directly to your muscles is provided by the small amount of sweat you produce during warm-up.

Finally, our suits are made from antimicrobial silver textiles that are hygienic and comfortable.
